Le bureau Montréalais de VO2 créé il y a 10 ans, entame une période de croissance symbolisée par l’augmentation des clients et prospects. Le périmètre couvert est assez large : CRM ( Salesforce), Data (ETL), TI (développements informatiques).

LE CHOIX DU TÉLÉTRAVAIL ET DES HORAIRES FLEXIBLES

Notre rythme est de 2 jours minimum au bureau ! Le jeudi est désigné comme journée obligatoire au bureau, et vous pourrez choisir entre le lundi, mardi ou mercredi pour le 2ème jour. Vous aurez également la possibilité de télétravailler plusieurs mois par an depuis l'étranger.

TRAINING

We attach great importance to your development needs. We advocate mutual aid internally. You can have access to the Babbel module for any language, and Udemy for business training.

- Manage and configure the Salesforce platform based on business and user needs

- Create and maintain custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards

- Ensure data quality and security of access (profiles, roles, permissions, sharing rules)

- Provide daily user support, deliver training sessions, and document processes

- Participate in business requirements analysis and suggest continuous improvements

- Collaborate with internal teams (consultants, developers, project managers) to support Salesforce ecosystem enhancements

- Perform functional testing and contribute to deployments

- Ensure ongoing maintenance, tracking, and communication of project progress

- You have at least 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator

- The technical aspect of developing and managing an IT project has no secrets for you!

- Do you have excellent communication skills and an analytical mind?

- Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration: custom objects, Flow, security setup, reports, and dashboards

- Do you speak/write perfectly in French and with a good level of English?

- You have knowledge of the following tools: Pardot, Heroku, and specific AppExchange.

- You have Salesforce certifications (this is a plus but not required)
