Le bureau Montréalais de VO2 créé il y a 8 ans, entame une période de croissance symbolisée par l’augmentation des clients et prospects. Le périmètre couvert est assez large : CRM ( Salesforce), Data (ETL), TI (développements informatiques).

TRAINING

We attach great importance to your development needs. We advocate mutual aid internally. You can have access to the Babbel module for any languages, and Umedy for business training.

- Define and analyze customer needs

- Configure custom solutions and optimize customer organizations as needed

- Supervise the implementation, collaborate with our teams of Salesforce consultants and developers

- Create functional tests and recipes

- Guarantee monitoring, communication and reporting of work progress

- Ensure maintenance and user assistance

- Act as a trusted partner to customers

- Work with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud tools

- You have at least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant

- The technical aspect of developing and managing an IT project has no secrets for you!

- Do you have excellent communication skills and an analytical mind?

- Do you organize your tasks carefully and methodically?

- Do you speak/write perfectly in French and with a good level of English?

- You have knowledge of the following tools: Pardot, Heroku, specific AppExchange.

- You have Salesforce certifications (this is a plus but not required)

- You have experience configuring custom objects, flows, security management and creating reports.
