Weave is looking for a data-driven and collaborative Senior Product Analyst to join our team as 100% remote based in Mexico. In this role, you will handle product analysis that drives insights and business outcomes independently. You’ll turn product behavior and customer usage data into reliable insights and dashboards that support our product initiatives and short-term business objectives. You will own the execution of product analytics insights and recommendations across core product areas including PMS integrations, partnerships, phones, and messaging.
The role sits under our Finance team which bridges the gap between business intelligence and broader product decisions. Through close partnership with product managers and internal stakeholders, you will help unlock key insights to optimize our core features and growing AI capabilities.
Location: 100% remote based in Mexico
Reports to: Director, Insights & Data
Product Analytics Insights: You will own the execution of product analytics insights and recommendations across core product areas including integrations, partnerships, phones, and messaging partnering with PMs, engineers, and other key stakeholders.
Identify Trends and Opportunities: You will analyze features from discovery to product launch to identify trends and opportunities in adoption, usage, retention, and cancellation behavior to surface insights that drive decisions and actions.
KPI Framework & Dashboards: You will help determine key KPIs for product success and build dashboards working closely with PMs and engineers to enable data availability for analysis to measure and optimize feature performance and business outcomes.
Cross-Functional Initiatives: You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other key stakeholders to lead and support broader cross-functional initiatives.
Thought Partnership for Integrations Success: You will be a valuable thought partnership to PMS integration and partnership teams, helping them gain consistent, high‑quality insight into integration performance. Also, you’ll work with Sales and Marketing to understand partner impact and opportunities. In addition, you’ll connect with Accounting and Finance for improving partner reporting.
Thought Partnership for Phones Success: You will be a valuable thought partnership to the Phones team, helping them set the analytics foundation for measuring and monitoring key customer success milestones for one of our most adopted features.
Data Quality & Self-Service: You will help maintain and scale our analytics data foundation, assisting in building self-service capabilities that empower team-wide data decisions.
Professional Experience: 5+ years of related product analytics experience (preferably in the B2B SaaS space), or an advanced degree without experience, or equivalent work experience.
Technical Proficiency: You have strong, independent SQL skills and experience building clear dashboards using data visualization tools (such as Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI). Experience utilizing modern AI tools in your analytics workflows is a plus.
Independent Execution: Proven ability to manage your daily tasks reliably and with minimal oversight, balancing multiple requests from your immediate team.
Collaborative Relationship Building: Experience building positive relationships within your team and department, coordinating effectively to support joint objectives.
Clear Communication: Ability to clearly and openly communicate data findings in writing and speech, translating technical data points into straightforward updates for your stakeholders.
Curious & Solution-Oriented: You actively look for the "why" behind data anomalies and remain productive and positive when navigating ambiguous datasets or changing priorities.
