We are seeking a hands-on Product Owner to lead the end-to-end digital transformation and continuous optimization of a large-scale, global website. This role requires full ownership of product planning, execution, and delivery, with direct accountability for outcomes. The Product Owner will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners, driving measurable results independently, without the support of direct reports.

Key Accountabilities
- Act as the single owner of the product backlog, defining, refining, prioritizing, and maintaining all work items across development cycles.
- Take end-to-end accountability for planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of digital experiences.
- Ensure all timelines, quality standards, and business goals are met through hands-on execution.
- Serve as the single point of contact for stakeholder communication across UX, Design, Technology, Content, SEO/SEM, and Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Vision & Strategy: Define and champion a best-in-class digital product vision aligned with business objectives and user needs.
- Backlog Ownership: Personally write detailed user stories, define epics, prioritize features, and collaborate with engineering teams to assess complexity and effort.
- Execution & Delivery: Build and manage practical product and delivery plans, manage sprint cycles, and proactively mitigate risks to avoid delivery slippage.
- Hands-On Product Management: Execute backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT, documentation, and product demos independently.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with UX, Design, Engineering, Web Operations, Content, SEO/SEM, and Analytics teams to align priorities and resolve dependencies.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze website performance, customer behavior, and analytics to drive ongoing enhancements and measurable improvements.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Coordinate directly with third-party vendors and partners on integrations, migrations, and technical requirements.
- Product & Project Governance: Maintain roadmaps, track KPIs, manage dependencies, and ensure transparency and visibility for all stakeholders.
- Communication & Risk Management: Provide regular status updates, surface risks early, and drive timely resolution.
Required Experience & Skills
- 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Technical Delivery Lead supporting large-scale, enterprise-grade websites.
- Proven success leading end-to-end digital transformations with measurable outcomes and on-time delivery.
- Strong technical understanding of web and digital platforms, including front-end frameworks and CMS solutions (Adobe Experience Manager preferred).
- Hands-on experience managing the full product lifecycle using JIRA or similar agile tools.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently, executing detailed tasks without support staff or direct reports.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working across UX, Engineering, Content, SEO, and Analytics teams.
- Experience collaborating directly with third-party technology vendors and integration partners.
