We are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition leader with deep expertise in end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning. This role is critical in shaping the organization’s talent strategy, building strong recruitment engines, and ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-quality talent across levels and functions. The ideal candidate brings strategic vision, hands-on recruitment mastery, and proven leadership experience in scaling teams for growing organizations.
As a senior member of the HR leadership team, you will partner closely with business leaders to understand long-term talent needs, drive hiring excellence, and position the organization as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for leadership, niche, and volume hiring across functions.
- Define and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth plans and workforce requirements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on hiring strategies, market intelligence, talent availability, and compensation trends.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing recruitment teams, setting clear goals, KPIs, and delivery standards.
- Drive excellence in sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing, referrals, employer branding initiatives, and external partnerships.
- Ensure strong governance of recruitment processes, including demand planning, approvals, interview frameworks, and offer management.
- Leverage recruitment metrics and dashboards to track performance, optimize hiring efficiency, and reduce time-to-hire and cost-to-hire.
- Strengthen employer branding in collaboration with marketing and leadership through recruitment campaigns, campus initiatives, and industry presence.
- Oversee relationships with recruitment vendors, search firms, and staffing partners to ensure quality and cost effectiveness.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion by embedding inclusive hiring practices across recruitment processes.

- Deep expertise in recruitment with a strong track record of hiring at scale and for senior leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of talent markets, industry hiring trends, and competitive intelligence.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, especially with CXOs and senior leadership.
- Proven ability to build and lead large recruitment teams across geographies.
- Data-driven mindset with strong experience in recruitment analytics, ATS platforms, and reporting.
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Qualifications & Experience
- 15–23 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably in high-growth or complex organizations.
- Prior experience leading enterprise-level or multi-business recruitment functions.
- Exposure to diverse hiring models including lateral, leadership, campus, and niche hiring.
- MBA or equivalent qualification in HR or related fields is preferred.
