As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for effectively managing full cycle recruiting for non and exempt roles within corporate departments and also support call center class hiring when needed. The Recruiter will prepare for and manage comprehensive intake sessions with hiring leaders, providing candidate market data and other information to educate leaders. They will influence leaders when necessary to ensure timely responses in communication and candidate feedback. The Recruiter will work to resolve issues and recruiting challenges and escalate to leaders, when needed. They will accurately post jobs, source candidates, review resumes, pre-screen candidates for job fit, schedule interviews with the hiring leader for qualified candidates, and extend offers, ensuring a flawless handoff to the TA Onboarding team.
The individual will project manage internal hiring events as needed and attend and/or supervise external job fairs and recruiting events. The Recruiter will effectively manage the candidate funnel and status in the SmartRecruiters Applicant Tracking System (ATS), adhering to and meeting recruiting metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). What You'll Do as a Corporate Recruiter:
- Lead full cycle recruiting for non exempt and exempt corporate roles
- Source and screen talent, evaluate skills against requirements, and recommend finalists to hiring leaders
- Guide candidates through a polished interview process and deliver a high touch candidate experience
- Manage offers end to end, including preparation, presentation, and negotiation support
- Own recruiting operations and details including interview scheduling, assessments, notes, feedback forms, offers, and trackers
- Build and maintain strong pipelines using referrals, networking, job boards, resume mining, and search strategies
- Drive grassroots recruiting through networking, in person visits, and community partnerships
- Maintain relationships with associations, chambers, schools, workforce agencies, and third party partners
- Communicate clearly and quickly with candidates, team members, and hiring managers with consistent follow up
- Use recruiting systems and tools accurately and keep reporting current
- Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning, escalate risks, and support solutioning when needed
- Follow all CFI and Talent Acquisition policies, processes, and onboarding standards
- Represent Westgate Resorts professionally in presence, appearance, and conduct
- Maintain confidentiality and commit to ongoing learning and development
- Flex to business needs and support additional duties as assigned

What You'll Need:
- 3+ yrs corporate recruiting experience with full cycle recruiting and sourcing experience
- 3+ years’ experience with ATS platforms and other recruitment, interviewing, assessment tools and technologies
- 3+ years’ experience partnering effectively managing, influencing and building relationships with internal and external key stakeholders.
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field; OR equivalent professional work experience accepted in lieu of education
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
Skills/Knowledge:
- Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) language skills highly preferred
- Professional demeanor and presence

- Independent, proactive, and ability to take initiative
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office required
- Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

- May be required to work evenings and weekends ( 50+ hours ) to support hiring needs, as needed
