We are currently looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team in Marketing.
This role is highly executional and collaborative, taking strategic inputs and direction from a dotted-line peer, the Influencer & Content Strategy Lead, and translating them into consistent, high-quality social programming and community interaction while working closely with their direct manager, Sr. Director of Brand Marketing.
You’ll be responsible for publishing, engaging with our community, and ensuring Wisp shows up thoughtfully and consistently across social. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on execution, loves being in the comments, and knows how to bring strategy to life on-platform.
Social Content Execution & Publishing: Manage Wisp’s organic social channels, creating and publishing content aligned with strategy, captions, hashtags, light asset optimization, and platform trends.
Community Management: Own daily engagement across channels (comments, DMs, Reddit), monitor sentiment, surface insights, and collaborate with SEO/ecommerce teams.
Reddit & AMA Programs: Lead Reddit presence and AMA initiatives end-to-end, ensuring authentic, compliant engagement and tracking performance to inform strategy.
Brand Voice & Cultural Engagement: Apply Wisp’s brand voice consistently, support creator and thought leadership narratives, and engage in relevant cultural moments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Optimization: Partner with internal teams (Creative, Paid, CX, Medical, Legal) to optimize content, campaigns, and reporting while continuously testing for performance improvements.
3–6+ years of experience managing brand social media accounts
Proven experience executing against a defined social or content strategy
Ability to work integratively across organic, paid, ecomm and lifecycle marketers. If you’re an over communicator, this is for you!
Strong copywriting skills with a sharp eye for tone, nuance, and platform best practices
Hands-on experience with community management and real-time engagement
Comfort engaging in nuanced or sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a regulated or sensitive content environment
