REF112512J-Group Manager - Record to Report- Operations- Gurgaon (WFO Only)

Job Description

• To perform GL Accounting & Management Reporting activities including preparation of journal entries, intercompany accounting, reconciliations, reporting, P&L analysis, and other industry-specific activities.
• Periodic reporting of performance metrics and dashboards to management within stipulated timelines and defined quality standards.
• Monitoring and review of activities to ensure no SLA/KPI is missed.
• Create and deploy internal controls across sub-processes.
• Identify pain areas within the process and develop action plans for smooth functioning of the process.

Key Accountabilities

• Meet key performance indicators as set by leaders and clients.
• Manage own deliverables vis-à-vis team deliverables and ensure all SLAs are met.
• Ability to acquire business knowledge, perform process deep dives, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Adherence to defined quality standards across processes.
• Drive continuous process improvements.
• Ensure internal review mechanisms are in place to detect errors and implement necessary controls.
• Meet customer expectations and manage client relationships.
• Monitor team errors, identify root causes, and implement action plans to mitigate errors and risks.
• Ensure all SOPs are reviewed, updated, and signed off by the client annually or whenever any major change occurs.
• Review activities as per defined guidelines.
• Ensure the team is fully trained and tested to perform activities and meet SLAs/KPIs.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide counseling for improvement.
• Manage attrition and people-related matters as required.

Qualifications

Knowledge/Qualifications/Competency:

• Commerce Graduate / MBA (Finance) / ICWA / CA Inter.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Good team handling experience managing 30+ FTEs.
• Strong expertise in SAP and BlackLine.
• Comfortable working in US shift and flexible to work in any shift as per business requirements.
• Job Location: Gurgaon.
• Work from Office (WFO) only.
