Technical Skills Required
Programming Languages
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, Java, Python, or VBScript (depending on the RPA platform).
- Ability to integrate automation with APIs and databases.
RPA Tools
- Hands-on experience with platforms like UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate.
- Knowledge of workflow design, BOT orchestration, and exception handling.
Software Development Practices
- Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git, SVN).
- Testing and debugging skills.

- Ability to identify repetitive, rule-based tasks suitable for automation.
