The Role

As our PSP Accountant, you will support the Finance team in managing and reconciling payment service provider (PSP) activity while gaining hands-on exposure across the wider accounting function. This role is designed for a junior accountant who is looking to build their career within the iGaming industry and develop strong expertise in payments, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

You will work closely with senior finance team members, contributing to PSP reconciliations, month-end processes, and day-to-day finance operations in a fast-paced, international iGaming environment.

Requirements

• Assist with the preparation of PSP reconciliations across multiple providers.
• Support day-to-day finance activities including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and revenue reconciliations.
• Assist with monthly accrual preparation and postings as part of the month-end close process.
• Support the preparation of monthly management accounts, schedules, and management information.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Support the preparation of tax and statutory returns under supervision.
• Participate operationally within the finance department, supporting ongoing processes and improvements.
• Carry out various ad hoc finance duties as required.

What You Bring to the Table

• 1–2 years of accounting experience within an iGaming company.
• ACCA qualification either completed or currently in progress (essential).
• Foundational knowledge of PSP reconciliations and payment processes.
• Strong desire to grow and progress within an accounting career.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while learning from senior colleagues.
• Excellent command of Excel.
• Experience using accounting software or ERP systems.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work accurately under pressure.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
