Our Technology Strategy & Delivery Leads, known internally as Project Quarterbacks, do far more than manage projects. They call the plays, drive the team, and deliver the win. Quarterbacks are hands-on leaders and experienced technologists who thrive in the space between vision and execution. They take true accountability for outcomes, roll up their sleeves, and earn trust by leading from the front.

Call the Plays — Lead strategy engagements:
Partner with technical and experience architects to build a strategic roadmap
Present and socialize recommendations to client stakeholders
Lead hands-on throughout the project lifecycle, from kickoff to launch
Inspire and coordinate the team to move together, clearing obstacles and keeping momentum
Tailor and execute agile delivery, including managing the board and running ceremonies
Deliver the Win — Drive projects to successful completion:
Manage budget, scope, resources, stakeholder communication, and day-to-day execution
Ensure solutions launch on time, on budget, and deliver the promised business impact
Earn the Next Game — Build credibility that wins future engagements:
Identify repeat business opportunities while working on client engagements
Strategy projects typically run 2 to 3 months. Implementation projects run 6 months to a year, with some large programs extending multiple years. Solution implementations span domains including application, integration, data, and AI.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
Career Progression Experience (sequential, building over time):
2+ years leading agile software development teams
2+ years leading or participating in strategy engagements as a consultant
Domain Experience (accumulated at any point during career, may overlap with the above):
5+ years combined in healthcare and/or insurance
You create compelling artifacts and deliver presentations that make complex ideas clear to technical and non-technical audiences alike
You bring high emotional intelligence to keep stakeholders and teams aligned, even when things get hard
You have a "make no excuses" attitude and a strong sense of ownership over outcomes
Architecture-first. We design before we build, and we leverage patterns and frameworks for reuse.

Base salary between $190K - $217K, depending on experience, plus profit sharing
