The Role
Xos is hiring a driven, results-oriented Account Executive to help accelerate the adoption of commercial electric vehicles. In this role, you'll own the full sales cycle, prospecting new fleet customers, opening doors in untapped markets, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships. You'll work directly with fleet operators to understand their business, identify challenges, and guide them through the transition to electric transportation.
This role requires consistently exceeding targets, overcoming objections, and closing deals using a mix of creativity, persistence, and deep market knowledge. If you're excited about building relationships, winning new business, and expanding Xos' footprint in the commercial EV space, this role is for you.

The salary range for this role is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Xos Inc. reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including not but limited to, job-related knowledge, skillset, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, geographic location, and other business or organizational factors.The total compensation package for this position may also include additional elements, such as bonus opportunity for qualifying sales.
