VP – Delivery Management, Project Delivery Lead
The Vice President (VP) – Delivery Management, Project Delivery Lead is responsible for leading and evolving 3Cloud's Delivery Management function, ensuring consistent, predictable, and high-quality execution across client engagements. This leader oversees the delivery management operating model, delivery governance practices, program and project management standards, and the team of Delivery Managers and Program Managers supporting client accounts across 3Cloud’s service lines.
The VP serves as the senior operational leader responsible for driving delivery excellence, financial discipline, risk management, and client satisfaction across the delivery portfolio. Working closely with Market Delivery Leaders, Service Line Leaders, Sales, and executive leadership, this role ensures engagements are delivered effectively, profitably, and in alignment with client expectations and company objectives.
This leader establishes scalable delivery practices, develops delivery talent, improves operational performance, and strengthens 3Cloud's ability to execute complex Azure transformation programs at enterprise scale.
