The HR Operations & Site HR Support role is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations at the Hyderabad site, with a strong focus on execution, process adherence, and employee lifecycle management. The role will work closely with the HR Manager to support operational efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations -
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, system updates, and coordination with stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates in Workday for employee lifecycle events.
- Coordinate full and final settlements in collaboration with Payroll and Finance.
- Handle employee queries related to leave, attendance, benefits, and policies.
- Maintain HR records, trackers, and documentation with high accuracy.
Payroll & Compliance Support
- Support monthly payroll activities by ensuring data accuracy and timely inputs.
- Coordinate statutory compliance requirements as applicable.
- Assist in audits and internal checks related to HR processes and documentation.
Policy & Process Adherence
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies across the site.
- Support communication and awareness of HR policies and guidelines.
- Escalate deviations or risks proactively.
Employee Support & Site HR Activities
- Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day employee HR queries at the Hyderabad site.
- Support HR-led initiatives, engagement activities, and site-level coordination.
- Assist in organizing HR sessions, communications, and employee touchpoints.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with the HR Lead, HR Business Partner, Payroll, Finance, and Business Managers.
- Ensure clear, timely communication and follow-through on HR operational matters.
Desired Profile / Skills
- 3–6 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist roles.
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR systems (Workday preferred).
- High attention to detail and process orientation.
- Comfortable working in a structured, policy-driven environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong execution skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
