About the Role
The OEM Business Partner Manager owns and develops Workwize’s strategic relationships with leading hardware manufacturers (OEMs), with Apple as a key and initial focus, alongside other global device brands. The role is responsible for executing OEM business plans, driving hardware and services revenue, ensuring partner compliance, and enabling internal teams to successfully sell OEM solutions across global markets.
This role requires a commercially minded profile with strong market awareness, a growth mindset, and the ability to build senior relationships with both partners and internal stakeholders. The focus is on unlocking growth across the OEM ecosystem—particularly accelerating adoption of Apple and other premium workplace hardware (e.g. laptops, devices, and accessories) in corporate and distributed work environments.Key Responsibilities
1. OEM Partnerships & Governance
Own strategic relationships with assigned OEM partners, including Apple, and act as the primary point of contact
Manage OEM partner programs, certifications, compliance requirements, and access to partner tools and resources
- Maintain and grow Workwize’s standing within the Apple Partner ecosystem, while supporting additional OEM relationships
- Track market trends, competitive dynamics, and OEM partner performance
- Identify opportunities for new OEM services, bundles, and go-to-market initiatives
2. Project Management & Execution
- Act as the internal subject-matter expert for Apple products and platforms, as well as other OEM portfolios
- Enable Sales and Account Management teams through training, playbooks, and ongoing support
- Coordinate with Procurement, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams on demand planning, launches, and large-scale Apple and non-Apple deployments
- Support rollout of new OEM products, programs, and commercial initiatives across regions
3. Commercial Growth & Performance
- Execute OEM business strategies, with a strong focus on Apple, to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Drive OEM-related sales pipelines in close collaboration with Sales and Account Management
- Forecast revenue and track performance using CRM tools and defined KPIs
- Support large deals, customer meetings, RFPs, demos, and solution design—particularly for Apple-led opportunities
- Contribute to pricing, bundling, and commercial strategy together with Commercial, Pricing, and Procurement teams
Experience / Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in an operational, analytical, or commercial support role within a technology-driven or fast-moving environment
- Background in Engineering, Supply Chain / Operations, Business Administration, or a similarly structured field
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly learn products, systems, and partner setups
- Experience working with vendors, OEMs, or channel partners is a plus, but not required
- Commercially aware, with experience supporting pipelines, stakeholders, and deal execution
- Strong interest in Apple products and enterprise deployments; prior Apple experience is a plus but not required
- Willingness and ability to learn Apple platforms (macOS, iOS, Apple Business Manager, MDM solutions) and other OEM ecosystems
- Organized and data-driven, comfortable working with CRM tools and performance reporting
- Proactive, ownership-driven, and collaborative mindset
- Fluent in English
