Available to work remotely from Argentina
At Aerolab, we build people-centered digital products with a small multidisciplinary team. That means websites, web apps, and mobile products for startups and global brands.
The Visual Product Designer at Aerolab is a hands-on, versatile designer with a strong emphasis on conceptualization, experimentation, and visual quality. They excel in building digital experiences, developing brand identities, and constructing robust design systems.
They oversee visual decision-making across projects, collaborate effectively with designers, PMs, and developers, and find great excitement in crafting visual stories that make an impact. They're also fluent in generative AI tools, naturally weaving them into exploration, ideation, and production to push creative boundaries.
Reports directly to the Head of Design and works alongside the Design team, Developers, and Project Managers.
Why Aerolab?
The work:
You'll design digital products and brands for clients ranging from global giants to rising startups. Real scope: AI-native products, brand identities built from scratch, design systems that scale, and products with genuine impact (AI, tech, health, education). Over 12+ years we've launched 350+ projects, worked with clients across 20 countries, and helped launch 5 unicorns.
What sets it apart:
Real variety for your portfolio. You move across industries, mediums and project types often: your portfolio actually grows, not just more of the same.
Your work ships fast, and it's yours. We release every few days, so you see what you designed in production (not in a PDF that sits for six months), and you present and defend it yourself directly to top brands, not hidden behind a Design Lead.
Craft with an engineering mindset, in pairs. Here, beautiful has to work: every element serves a purpose, no empty flash. Design and development work side by side, iterating together, because the best designers think like engineers, and vice versa.
Remote, global and always on the next wave. Buenos Aires, Madrid and New York in one unified squad, testing what's new - from just-released tools to generative AI workflows - before most.
