Job Title: Chief of Staff
Location: LATAM (Remote)
Working Hours: Eastern Time Zone
Compensation: $3,000-3500 USD/month

About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff to support a seasoned NYC-based entrepreneur managing multiple high-growth ventures across real estate, investment management, and innovative technology. You will serve as an extension of the Founder, handling strategic administrative tasks, execution oversight, and stakeholder coordination across several businesses simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support & Task Management: Manage calendar, priorities, and task lists; conduct daily morning alignment calls to review priorities and track progress
CRM & Systems Management: Navigate and manage multiple CRM systems, email platforms, and collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, Google Suite, DocuSign, Zoom, Apple Mail); troubleshoot technical issues and streamline workflows
Fundraising Support: Prepare and organize fundraising documents, manage investor CRM data, coordinate follow-ups, and support investor communications
Multi-Venture Coordination: Support operations across:
Luxury real estate development in the Connecticut/NYC area
New transport startup with active fundraising
Digital investment marketplace app in testing phase
Personal investments and corporate partnerships
Stakeholder Management: Interface daily with partners, marketing teams, operations staff, customers, and investors across all ventures
Proactive Problem-Solving: Identify bottlenecks, manage follow-ups independently, and escalate issues appropriately; provide assertive pushback when needed
Administrative Execution: Handle accounts management, tax preparation coordination, document collection, and ad hoc projects
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience Level: 3-5+ years of mid-level Chief of Staff/Founder Support/Operations experience
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proactive and self-starting; comfortable working independently
Excellent communication skills; clear, direct communicator who isn't afraid to ask difficult questions
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage diverse personalities and stakeholders
Problem-solver with ability to think strategically and operationally
Comfortable balancing high-level strategy with hands-on administrative tasks
Presentable and professional; able to represent the Founder in client and partner interactions
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with multiple CRM and communication platforms
Comfortable learning and navigating fragmented, changing technology systems
Fluent English
