About The Role
We are seeking a UX/UI Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually compelling, and user-friendly digital experiences that support the operation, monitoring, and management of our robotic systems. You will work closely with engineers, product managers, and researchers to translate complex technical workflows into elegant, efficient interfaces.
Robotics experience is helpful but not required—what matters most is your ability to simplify complexity, advocate for the user, and bring a strong design perspective to multidisciplinary collaboration. This is a remote-friendly role with a preference for candidates located near one of our offices for in-person collaboration, meetings, and events.

This is a fully remote role with the option to work hybrid if a commutable distance from our Salem, OR, Pittsburgh, PA, or Fremont, CA offices; strong preference towards Fremont, CA.
The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to: market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This range may change based on geographical location and may be modified in the future.
