- Identify and strategically develop new business opportunities in the online marketplace and ad performance areas.
- Work closely with interdisciplinary and European teams to design innovative solutions and new projects that drive our Classifieds strategy forward.
- Analyze performance data to identify optimization potentials and develop targeted actions to improve ad performance and sales.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Product, and Sales departments to ensure smooth implementation of initiatives and achieve the best results.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- +3 years of experience in Business Development, Online Marketplaces, Ad Performance, or Digital Marketing, preferably in the B2C sector.
- Solid knowledge of performance metric analysis (KPIs) and the ability to derive strategic actions.
- Strong interest in digital business models, online advertising, and the used car market.
- High level of initiative, problem-solving ability, and teamwork.
- Excellent Spanish and English skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
