Product Owner, Survey

Serve as the primary liaison between commercial teams, technology, operations, and international delivery teams to drive modernization of survey platforms and processes. Own the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring solutions meet business objectives, user needs, and quality standards. 

Key Responsibilities 

Product Strategy & Roadmap 

• Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for survey modernization. 
• Translate business objectives into actionable product requirements and user stories. 
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on impact, feasibility, and strategic goals. 

Stakeholder Engagement 

• Act as the single point of contact for commercial teams, analysts, and delivery teams. 
• Gather input from global stakeholders and ensure alignment across regions. 
• Communicate roadmap updates, timelines, and trade-offs clearly to all stakeholders. 

Execution & Delivery 

• Manage the product backlog and ensure timely delivery of features. 
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations teams to implement solutions. 
• Coordinate across international delivery teams to ensure consistency and scalability. 

Continuous Improvement 

• Drive continuous testing and evolution of best practices and processes. 
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities. 
• Champion innovation, automation, and integration with emerging technologies. 

Governance & Leadership 

• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and governance frameworks. 
• Provide guidance on complex product decisions and act as a thought leader. 
• Mentor team members and contribute to training on new tools and processes. 

• 3+ years of experience in product management or ownership roles. 
• Strong understanding of survey platforms, market research workflows, and digital transformation. 
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and influence cross-functional teams.

Technical & Educational Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or equivalent preferred. 
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira). 
• Experience with survey technologies and integrations.
