You will guide the delivery of programs within the centralized ID&F and Decisioning Product Organization. You will ensure agreement across multiple product teams, manage complex programs, and oversee program governance and execution.
You will promote best practices, expand best-in-class program management standards, and ensure frameworks across IDF and Decisioning. You will implement program management processes including scope definition, scheduling, human resource and material planning and allocation, risk management planning, cost and budget management and quality assurance.
What you'll do:
- Develop program plans, schedule, and deliverables across multiple programs.
- Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.
- Provide centralized program management support for ID&F and Decisioning initiatives.
- Ensure documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
- Work under general or minimal direction. Determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
- Identify areas within the business where process improvements may benefit performance.
- Escalate any risks.
- Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, including regular status reporting and risk management.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, operations, and leadership teams.
- Implement proactive measures to ensure program success.
- Share and scale best-in-class program management practices across the organization.
What you'll bring:
- Around 3 years experience leading Programs
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent written and verbal English.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe Agile Program Consultant (advantage).
- Experienced in working in Agile environments and familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks.
- Background in product operations or product management within financial services or technology sectors.
- Data-driven decision-making and reporting.
