Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business sponsors and product/process owners in Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Finance, and Operations.
- Lead requirements and discovery workshops, process walk-throughs, and design reviews with cross-functional teams.

- Post-go-live support and adoption tracking
Governance, Quality, and Risk Management
- Establish and manage RAIDs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) for each project; define and track mitigation and contingency plans.
- Ensure data quality, security, and compliance considerations are built into project designs and plans.
- Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) planning, execution, and signoff, including test strategy, test cases, and defect triage.
- Partner with PMO to ensure adherence to project governance standards, templates, and reporting expectations (status reports, steering packages, dashboards).
Process Improvement & Standards
- Identify opportunities to standardize and improve project practices, especially around CRM and data implementations (intake, prioritization, templates, checklists, and playbooks).
- Contribute to and leverage PMO and IT standards (project classification, charters, status reporting, change management, etc.).
- Share lessons learned and best practices to improve future CRM and data delivery across the portfolio.
