Join Our Team as an Attorney at Axiom

We are seeking a Technology & AI SaaS Counsel to join our Technology and Industrial/Aerospace team. In this role, you will provide expert legal advice and support to clients in tech, SaaS, and AI, as well as industrial and aerospace sectors, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with leading companies such as Google, Apple, Boeing, United, Lockheed Martin, and GE, shaping legal strategies for cutting-edge technology, software, and high-tech manufacturing initiatives. This is an existing vacancy.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology, SaaS, AI, and industrial contracts, including licensing, service agreements, and software development agreements.
• Providing legal guidance on intellectual property, data privacy, AI compliance, and technology transactions.
• Collaborating with internal teams, clients, and external counsel on cross-border and high-tech projects.
• Managing legal and regulatory issues for clients in the tech, AI, SaaS, and industrial/aerospace sectors.
• Staying ahead of emerging technology trends, AI regulations, and industry standards to provide proactive counsel.

Qualifications:

• 2–7 years of experience in technology, AI, SaaS, or industrial/aerospace law.
• Strong knowledge of intellectual property, software licensing, and AI compliance frameworks.
• Proven track record of advising clients on tech contracts, SaaS agreements, and industrial agreements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, technology, and problem-solving skills.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent and licensed to practice law in an applicable jurisdiction.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AI, SaaS, or cloud-based technology agreements.
• Familiarity with industrial and aerospace manufacturing contracts.
• Experience supporting tech startups or large-scale enterprise technology deployments.
• Ability to work in a hybrid or remote environment, adaptable to client needs.

Compensation:

The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year. Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
