We are seeking a Real Estate Finance Counsel to join our Financial Services and Real Estate team. In this role, you will provide expert legal advice and support to our clients in commercial real estate and finance, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with leading clients in commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS), lease financing, and real estate joint ventures, shaping legal strategies and driving business success. This is an existing vacancy.
The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year. Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
