Your mission as our Creative Copy Specialist:
We’re looking for a creative specialist, proactive and committed professional who can work with a high level of autonomy. You wouldn't manage a team, but will work very closely with a designer who will be your strategic partner on a daily basis.
This position is ideal for someone proactive, who identifies opportunities, proposes ideas and drives projects forward independently.
You should be passionate about storytelling and crafting compelling copy, with the ability to translate ideas, products and insights into high-quality content that connects with audiences, builds brand voice and drives impact across channels.
What we expect from you:
- Ensure end-to-end communication assets that support all business needs
- Develop clear and meaningful concepts for branding campaigns
- Deliver high-quality copy for daily communications
- Ensure brand alignment across the entire marketing funnel
- Create creative briefs for social media, with a strong focus on content creators
- Act as a strategic partner to Brand and Acquisition teams, exceeding client expectations
The day to day tasks:
- Develop creative ideas aligned with brand and business goals
- Create copy for communication campaigns and brand strategies
- Propose concepts for campaigns, content and communications
- Collaborate closely with a designer to turn ideas into creative assets
- Own creative projects from concept to execution
- Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging and storytelling
- Continuously propose improvements in creative processes and communication
You should apply if:
- You have previous experience in creative roles (marketing, content, branding, communications or similar).
- You have a strong sensibility for Mexican culture, crafting authentic, high-quality storytelling and copy that feels close, relevant and human, and builds meaningful connections with our audience.
- You are strong on execution and can think strategically
- You are highly self-managed and organized
- You have a proactive mindset: you identify problems, propose solutions and take action
- You have a client-first mindset. You are able to step into the customer’s shoes and write with empathy and relevance.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills
- You are comfortable working 100% remotely
- You are highly commited and accountable
- You are fluent in Spanish and can defend yourself in English - all our internal documentation is in English!
- You have a background in fintech; lending experience would be a plus, but not a must
