Role overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Communications specialist to support the Global Customer Experience team at Bazaarvoice. This role will act as an extension of our Center of Excellence (CoE), primarily focusing on the planning, configuration, and execution of Priority 3 and Priority 4 customer communications. The ideal candidate will take ownership of our operational calendar, maintain internal documentation, and serve as a liaison for our APAC stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution: Build Gainsight journeys, configure targeting parameters, and design email content using Stripo for ready-to-execute Priority 3 and 4 campaigns (e.g., newsletters, webinars, events, and product updates).

Calendar Management: Continuously update the global customer communications calendar to ensure cross-functional visibility and prevent audience fatigue.

Governance & Documentation: Maintain and update our internal documents to ensure internal alignment and streamlined intake processes.

APAC Alignment: Meet regularly with APAC regional leads to intake requests, discuss specific regional needs, and ensure communications are deployed at optimal local times.

Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough content reviews and testing before deployment to maintain a high standard of professional, client-facing brand consistency.
Required Experience & Competencies:

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Email Marketing, or Customer Marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.

Mandatory Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with marketing automation or Customer Success platforms (Gainsight and Salesforce experience is highly preferred).

Design Tools: Familiarity with email design platforms (Stripo experience is a strong plus) and basic HTML/CSS for troubleshooting formatting.

Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple execution-ready campaigns simultaneously, update operational calendars, and maintain internal wikis (e.g., Confluence).

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global cross-functional teams (specifically APAC stakeholders).

Attention to Detail: Exceptional quality assurance skills to ensure error-free targeting and formatting for audience-ready communications.
