We are hiring a senior, strategically minded Product Manager to act as a mini–business owner, with end-to-end ownership of the CRM & Retention module within a soon-to-launch, next-generation white-label casino platform.
You will own the "brain" of the platform - the system responsible for the entire lifecycle of a player, from registration to reactivation. You will move operators away from manual, "spray and pray" campaigns toward hyper-personalized, real-time automation.
This is a hands-on role for a PM who thrives on complex data systems, AI-leveraged workflows, and measurable commercial outcomes.
The MVP for our CRM module is preparing for high-volume scale. It is the central nervous system that turns raw player data into actionable marketing journeys.

Full product lifecycle of the CRM module, responsible for the vision and roadmap from ideation to delivery.
Commercial success of the module, obsessing over metrics like Feature Adoption, Flow Efficiency, and Campaign Creation Speed.
Cross-module integration, ensuring triggers from the Casino, Crypto Wallet, and Bonus engines feed seamlessly into your automation layer.
The roadmap is yours to shape. You will own the design and evolution of core capabilities, including:
Real-Time Segmentation: A dynamic audience builder that segments players instantly based on live behavior (e.g., "VIPs who haven't deposited in 3 days").
Multi-Channel Orchestration: A unified, innovative canvas to design journeys that trigger Email, SMS, Push, and On-Site messaging based on logic and real-time triggers.
Automated Lifecycle Management: Set-and-forget flows that handle onboarding and churn prevention, equipped with automated monitoring to flag performance drops.
Generative AI Workflows: An automated tool allowing operators to generate targeted engagement flows instantly using natural human language prompts.
AI-Powered Optimization: A robust analytics suite that leverages AI to actively recommend specific improvements to campaign performance based on open and conversion rates.
This is a hands-on role. You will:
Run discovery and support early clients in setting up flows, actively gathering feedback to deliver features that provide measurable value.
Partner with Engineering to define how specific parameters are calculated and what each data point represents, ensuring complex data is easily readable and actionable for operators.
Collaborate with Design to deliver the most intuitive tool UX, ensuring operators can build complex solutions without friction.
Define and maintain product artefacts (PRDs, Decision Logs) covering problem statements, success metrics, constraints, and decisions.
Engage stakeholders with clarity, acting as the bridge between technical data definitions and commercial operator needs.
We don’t expect a unicorn - but we do expect strong fundamentals and relevant exposure.
Required:
3+ years in a Product Management role.
Experience building or deeply integrating with Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Marketing Automation tools (e.g., Braze, Segment, Salesforce, Fastrack), or complex CRM infrastructure.
Demonstrated knowledge leveraging AI to automate workflows or improve process efficiency.
Experience owning products with complex backend logic and data dependencies.
Nice to have:
iGaming retention expertise, particularly understanding the player’s lifecycle (FTD, active, churned) and wagering mechanics.
Experience with "Headless" CMS or API-first marketing tools.
