bloXroute Labs is seeking a proactive and results- oriented Business Development Manager to join our winning team. This position will play a critical role in driving business expansion and creating strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
Proactively seek and cultivate new relationships with key stakeholders and potential customers to drive business growth
Work closely with the Business team to provide support in the development of proposals, presentations and sales materials
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence and achieve sales goals
Drive end to end sales process, from lead generations to contract negotiations to bring in new business
Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities, potential partnerships and emerging trends in the blockchain space
Collaborate internally with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and strategies
Requirements
Proven experience in business development, sales or related field in blockchain
In-depth knowledge with blockchain and crypto technology as a Business Development Manager in areas of MEV, speed and performance, algo-trading, infrastructure of DeFi on EVM chains and Solana
Excellent presentation and communication skills, ability to simplify technical data into clear ideas
Role requires travel 10-20%, mainly to conferences and team meetings
