► Perform root cause analyses and develop sustainable solutions for recurring technical issues.
► Explore and evaluate innovative, digital and AI-based solutions in the areas of maintenance, documentation, data handling and process improvement.
Team leader responsibilities:
► Coordinate the daily work of a 4-member technical team.
► Prioritize, assign and follow up tasks based on project needs and available capacities.
► Provide technical support to team members and help remove operational or technical blockers.
► Support knowledge sharing, onboarding and professional development within the team.
► Plan team capacities transparently and highlight workload or resource conflicts when needed.
► Support effective information flow within the team and towards related areas.
► Identify improvement opportunities in team processes and support their implementation.
► Actively contribute to defining the professional direction, operational priorities and strategic goals of the group.
► Take ownership of improvement topics by developing ideas, preparing proposals and supporting their implementation.
► Technical education, at least secondary-level qualification, preferably in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or a similar technical field.
► Strong mechanical, electrical and pneumatic knowledge.
► Practical experience in machine maintenance, troubleshooting or technical support.
► User-level knowledge of maintenance management systems, such as CMMS or similar tools.
► Precise, structured and system-oriented way of thinking.
