Purchasing & Logistics Support
Issue and process Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and in a timely manner.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods according to purchase orders.
Support daily logistics and purchasing operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Goods Receipt & SAP Transactions
Perform Goods Receipt (GR) activities by recording received goods in SAP.
Use MIGO in SAP to post goods movements after supplier delivery.
Verify that delivered goods match the correct quantity and documentation before posting GR.
Coordinate with warehouse teams to confirm receipt accuracy.
System & Process Improvement
Support the S/4 HANA system migration project, including process tidying and data accuracy in the new system.
Assist in Supply & Materials Management (SMM) process improvement to enhance efficiency in purchasing, delivery, and inventory management.
Identify gaps or inefficiencies in current logistics and purchasing processes and propose improvements.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records for purchasing, delivery, and goods receipt transactions.
Prepare basic reports related to purchasing and logistics activities when required.
