Analyses causes of incidents and informs through agreed channels Technical TL and Service Owners in order to minimize probability of reoccurrence;
Support on-site customers;
Act as first-point-of-contact for local issues with hardware devices and software;
Provide technical support by performing installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of local software and hardware;
Troubleshoot local software and hardware failures and identifies related network problems;
Improve the local technical operating environment;
Inventory of IT assets by monitoring the spare parts availability and support in keeping the inventory database up to date;
Administer users and computers;
1st and 2nd level IT support for local clients;
Reads, understands and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other inter departmental procedures, applicable within the company;
Fulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior;
Language: B1-B2 level of English;
