Working Student in Cybersecurity and Vulnerability Management (f/m/div.)

• During your assignment you will actively monitor application security logs and analyze security events to detect and ward off threats early.
• You will regularly conduct infrastructure scans to proactively uncover vulnerabilities and security risks.
• Furthermore, you will work closely with our IT security team to continuously improve protective measures.
• Finally, you will evaluate the information security status of our infrastructure and specifically identify potential for optimization.

• Education: studies in the field of Informatics, IT Security, Cybersecurity or comparable
• Experience and Knowledge: basic knowledge of information security; experience with security tools; programming skills (e.g., Python, Java, C++); experience with techniques in vulnerability management or bug‑bounty programs is a plus
• Personality and Working Practice: you excel at analyzing complex facts, independently communicating clearly, and meticulously structuring work
• Work Routine: your on-site presence is required with the possibility to work remotely part of the time
• Languages: fluent in English, good in German

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 12 months – 10 h/week
