• Assist Shipping Planners with order processing, shipment tracking and documentation;
• Support in coordinating transport schedules and ensuring timely deliveries;
• Communicate with internal teams;
• Help maintain and update shipping records, databases and reports;
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support day-to-day operational tasks.

• Currently enrolled in a university program (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or a related field);
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills;
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
• Good knowledge of English is mandatory;
• Previous experience in logistics or supply chain (internships or coursework) is a plus.
