What you’d be doing in this role
As Canva continues to scale, partnerships play a critical role in driving cultural relevance, growth, and brand impact. As Head of Partnerships, North America, you’ll lead Canva’s regional partnerships strategy during a key coverage period, ensuring momentum across our 2026 priorities.
Reporting into Canva’s Global Head of Consumer Marketing, this role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution. You’ll guide a portfolio of high-impact regional partnerships, working cross-functionally to deliver integrated programs that drive measurable outcomes in North America.

At Canva we value fairness, and we strive to provide competitive, market-informed compensation whilst ensuring internal equity within the team in each region. We make hiring decisions based on your skills, experience and our overall assessment of what we observed and learnt in the hiring process. The target salary range for this position is $199,000 to $246,000 USD (pro-rata). When calculating offers, we make salary decisions based on market data and candidates' skills and experience.
