The Role
This role supports the analytics team in executing day-to-day campaign measurement, reporting, and data analysis for a large, multi-product portfolio client.
The Analyst is responsible for gathering, organizing, and validating data, maintaining reporting deliverables, and contributing to insight development.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Data Collection & Management
- Collect, clean, and organize campaign data from multiple sources
- Ensure all required data inputs are accurate and complete
- Identify and escalate discrepancies or missing data
- Maintain documentation of data sources and processes
Reporting Execution
- Update and maintain recurring reporting deliverables
- Build reports using established templates in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ensure outputs are accurate and aligned with team standards
- Support creation of campaign summaries and recaps
Analytics & Insights Support
- Conduct basic analysis to identify trends and performance drivers
- Support development of insights within reports
- Assist in validating findings and ensuring consistency
- Learn and apply foundational measurement concepts
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Strategy, Investment, Activation, and BI teams
- Communicate clearly on data status and deliverables
- Support ad hoc requests and data pulls
Tools & Systems
- Use Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and similar tools
- Support dashboard updates and QA checks
- Gain exposure to measurement platforms (Nielsen, iSpot, etc.)
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Economics or similar with 2 years of experience
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with data visualization tools preferred
- Basic understanding of data analysis and statistics
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Curiosity and willingness to learn
Salary and Benefits
Actual base salary is determined upon factors such as experience, qualifications, training, certifications, and internal equity. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Base salary is part of a total rewards package that includes highly competitive benefits like generous medical, dental, vision, pet insurance, commuter benefits, disability and life insurance coverage, 401(k) matching, up to 14 holidays per year, a “Do Good Day,” and unlimited PTO.

In-Office Work Schedule
