Responsibilities:
- Process daily payment transactions (funds in/out), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution across both fiat and crypto channels.
- Coordinate with AML, Compliance, Customer Support, Accounting, and Sales teams on all payments and back-office–related matters.
- Communicate with the Company’s payment providers, banks, and crypto service providers to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth transaction flows.
- Monitor international payments, blockchain confirmations, and transaction statuses, ensuring all processes align with internal policies.
- Investigate payment and crypto transactions to identify suspicious activity and escalate potential financial crime concerns to the relevant teams in accordance with AML frameworks.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of payment and crypto operations procedures and take on additional responsibilities as required by business needs.
Requirements:
- Professional working experience in a financial institution e.g. Banking sector and Fintech is a plus.
- Business level proficiency in English (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR).
- Experience using blockchain analytics tools to investigate transactions and identify potential financial crime risks (for example: Crystal, chain alalysis, etc.).
- Experience in payment department (at least 1 year).
- Experience in cryptocurrency sector would be considered a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work a flexible shift schedule.
- Ability to work in a team in a very dynamic environment.
