As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping, building, and scaling our B2B SaaS platform. This role blends hands-on product execution with strategic product leadership. You’ll spend meaningful time acting as a product owner: writing stories, curating backlogs, and running refinements while also owning customer discovery, competitive intelligence, and product strategy for your product area.
You’ll manage one direct report (a hybrid Product Owner / Support & Triage role) and help shape the future of our Product organization, including mentoring and managing future Product Managers or Product Owners as we grow. This role reports directly to the CPTO and works closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, Support, Marketing, and Executive Leadership.
We’re looking for a product leader who wants real influence over strategy, vs. feature execution. You’ll work closely with our executive team, our customers, and cross-functional teams to shape what we build and how the Product function evolves. We believe great products come from clear thinking, teamwork that feels good, and an unwavering focus on our customers.

In line with Ontario’s Pay Transparency legislation, the expected base compensation for this role is $160,000–$200,000 CAD annually with actual earnings dependent on experience, skills, and performance.This is a vacant position, and we are hiring with intention and seeking someone who will bring new perspective, contribute meaningfully to the team, and grow with the organization.
