Caribou is seeking a Director, Direct Mail Growth to lead the strategy and execution of our direct mail acquisition engine, scaling profitable customer growth through data-driven optimization and operational excellence.
Direct Mail is already a top acquisition channel for Caribou, with significant opportunity to scale volume, improve efficiency, and unlock incremental profitability. This is a high-impact, high-visibility leadership role for a marketer who thrives at the intersection of art and science, with a proven track record of scaling direct mail into a profitable growth lever.
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will define the long-term vision and deliver against aggressive growth targets, partnering closely with Data Science & Analytics, FP&A, Lending, Data Engineering, Design, and Sales & Operations. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in pre-screened / credit-based programs and understands how to successfully operate in a highly regulated, cross-functional, and high-security environment.
