As Director of Customer Lifecycle Marketing, you will own the end to end lifecycle strategy across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation. You will lead CRM and lifecycle initiatives that connect our hardware, software, subscription, and content experiences into a cohesive, personalized customer journey. This role partners deeply with Marketing, Product, Data, Sales, and Technology to align messaging, timing, and value delivery across the ecosystem. This is a highly strategic role for a builder who can balance vision with execution and bring structure, clarity, and measurable impact to a complex, multi brand environment.
We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as a Director, Customer Lifecycle Marketing, remote in the United States.

ROLE COMMITMENTS
Redesign customer lifecycle journeys to create a more personalized, behavior driven experience across all iFIT brands and platforms
Establish a cohesive lifecycle strategy that aligns messaging and engagement across hardware, software, subscriptions, and content
Improve email and CRM engagement by driving meaningful increases in open rates, click through rates, and downstream conversion
Build and scale lead scoring and trigger based campaigns that respond to customer intent and behavior in real time
Partner with Data and Technology to streamline CRM tooling, improve data quality, and reduce vendor and process duplication
Drive measurable improvements in customer retention and churn reduction across the portfolio
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Own the global customer lifecycle strategy across all lines of business, from acquisition through long term retention
Develop and execute CRM and lifecycle programs that drive engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth
Leverage iFIT’s content ecosystem to deliver personalized and timely experiences at scale
Partner closely with cross functional teams to align lifecycle strategy with product roadmaps, marketing plans, and business priorities
Define success metrics and continuously measure, test, and optimize lifecycle performance
Identify growth opportunities within the customer journey and translate insights into action
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Education and Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or customer engagement roles, primarily within consumer-facing brands
Deep expertise in CRM platforms, email marketing, customer lifecycle management, and personalization
Proven ability to operate strategically while also driving hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
Strong collaborator with experience influencing cross-functional partners across Marketing, Product, Data, Sales, and Technology
Preferred Qualifications
Track record of building lifecycle or CRM programs that drive measurable engagement, retention, and growth
Demonstrated comfort navigating complex organizations and creating clarity across multiple business lines
