We are seeking a Transformation Architect to join our Named Customer Portfolio. This role embeds you directly with our most important enterprise and strategic customers —working side-by-side with their executives, architects, and operators to deliver tangible business outcomes powered by AWS.
This is not a traditional consultant role. As a Transformation Architect, you’ll bridge sales and delivery, acting as a trusted strategic advisor and owning the technical strategy for your aligned customers. You’ll have a direct line of sight to the customer’s biggest business challenges and will lead the design and delivery of cloud-native solutions that create measurable impacts.
As a Transformation Architect, you’ll be at the intersection of strategy, architecture, and execution, helping our customers unlock the full value of AWS. You’ll have the autonomy to own big problems end-to-end, the backing of a leading AWS Premier Partner, and the opportunity to shape how cloud transformation is delivered at scale.
Base Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this position is $210,000 - $232,500 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Additional Compensation Components: In addition to the base salary, the compensation package may include bonuses, commissions, equity, and other incentives. The specific components will vary depending on the role and individual and/or company performance.
