The Senior Client Services Manager (SCSM) is responsible for leading a geographically dispersed team while ensuring operational excellence, stakeholder satisfaction, and successful delivery across the partnership. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader who balances strategic priorities with day-to-day execution, builds strong stakeholder relationships across APAC, coach teams, and drives consistent results.

- Work Setup: Hybrid, 3 days onsite per week
- Work Hours: M-F 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Local Time
Team Management
- Lead all recruiting operations capabilities, including sourcing, screening, and coordination functions.
- Lead and support a geographically dispersed recruitment team across APAC, providing coaching, guidance, and operational direction.
- Work with team day-to-day to meet performance goals and objectives.
- Responsible for hiring, performance management, and career development for a recruiting team.
- Provide leadership, inspiration, and coaching to the recruitment team.
- Actively partner with team members to resolve recruitment challenges, manage escalations, and drive execution against hiring priorities.
- Ensure risks, challenges and aging requisitions are proactively identified and addressed.
- Drive the team to develop strategic hiring and talent pipelining strategies.
Client Relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple APAC markets while navigating cultural nuances and differing business priorities.
- Showcase a deep understanding of the client organization and key stakeholder groups.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by providing market insights, recruitment strategy recommendations, and solutions-focused guidance.
- Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and lead escalations where required.
- Partner with internal Cielo teams and client leaders to ensure ongoing success and delivery.
Cielo Operational Excellence
- Support the recruitment process needs of one or more clients.
- Responsible for recruitment of metrics, reporting, and P&L management.
- Manage budgets and track expenses effectively.
- Drive standardization, continuous improvement, and consistency of processes and procedures.
- Monitor operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance recruitment outcomes.
- Support workforce planning discussions, hiring forecasts and business reviews through data and insights.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree is required. Equivalent experience may be considered.
Experience:
- Minimum five years of progressive leadership experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations, Human Resources, or RPO.
- Experience managing both virtual and on-site teams across multiple locations and cultures.
- Demonstrated success partnering with senior stakeholders in complex, matrixed environments.
- Experience supporting APAC recruitment programs, Shared Services, Global Capability Centers (GCC) or Global Business Services environments is strongly preferred.
- Experience managing recruitment, delivery, escalations, workforce planning, and operational performance metrics.
- Previous P&L ownership or exposure is advantageous but not required.
- Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, or global shared services (GCC/GBS) environments, particularly within multinational and APAC-focused organizations is required
