We are currently hiring a Manager of Talent Management to join our People Team! This person will report directly to the Senior Director of Talent Management, focusing on executing and supporting initiatives that enhance Cision's talent management strategy. This role will play a crucial part in driving the performance management, employee engagement, and development frameworks that build a high-functioning and inclusive culture. The ideal candidate will be experienced in talent management practices, data analysis, and employee development, capable of translating strategic goals into actionable plans.
What You'll Do
- Performance Enablement Support
- Annual Performance Management Cycle:Facilitate the annual performance and development cycle, aiding employees in goal setting, perform check-ins, and feedback collection to enhance productivity.
- 360 Feedback Programs: Coordinate the execution of 360-degree feedback processes for senior leaders, ensuring alignment with overall development strategies.
- Succession Planning Facilitation:Assist in the execution of succession planning processes and the development of leadership pipelines aimed at business continuity and strategic alignment.
- Career Journey Trajectory: Design and support career journey frameworks that outline growth paths and progression opportunities for employees, enhancing talent retention and engagement.
- Engagement & Experience Enhancements
- Engagement Survey Participation: Collaborate in leading the annual engagement survey and assist in action planning to achieve measurable improvements in employee satisfaction.
- Recognition and Reward Systems: Help design and manage programs that enhance employee recognition and retention efforts.
- Culture Development: Engage with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to foster a culture of inclusion, belonging, and continuous growth.
- ESG Reporting: Gather, analyze, and synthesize data related to ESG initiatives, providing the necessary support for effective reporting.
- Mentoring: Support in creating and managing mentoring opportunities that facilitate knowledge sharing and professional development among employees.
- Learning & Development Support
- Learning Programs Development:Assist in the delivery of Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives across the organization when needed.
- Technology Adoption: Drive the adoption of innovative learning technologies and solutions, ensuring that new tools are integrated seamlessly into Talent Management programs and enhance overall employee experience.
- Analytics Collaboration: Work with People Analytics to collect and analyze metrics regarding the effectiveness of Talent Management initiatives.
What You'll Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 5-8 years of experience in talent management or related fields within complex organizations, with a focus on performance management and employee development.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Performance Management platforms, and performance development tools isrequired.
- Interpersonal Skills:Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities are essential.
- Analytical Skills: Must possess a data-driven mindset with the ability to utilizepeople data to derive insights and recommendations.
- Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in English and French is preferred.
