About ClickHouse & ClickPipes
ClickHouse is the fastest and most resource-efficient open-source database for real-time analytics. With ClickPipes, our managed ingestion platform, we make it seamless for customers to bring data from the systems they rely on directly into ClickHouse.
We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Database Integrations team—the group that builds and owns the core connectors (Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB, BigQuery, and more to come). This is a high-impact, high-trust role at the center of our growth story, combining deep technical leadership, customer empathy, and a founder-like mindset.
As the Engineering Manager for ClickPipes Database Integrations, you’ll lead a team responsible for designing, building, and scaling the pipelines that connect ClickHouse to the world’s most important data systems. You’ll work hand-in-hand with Product to shape roadmaps, make trade-offs with business impact in mind, and complement product vision with strong technical execution.
This role goes beyond engineering leadership. Together with your team, you’ll help shape how ClickHouse shows up externally—whether that’s representing us at conferences, speaking at industry events, or contributing content that reinforces our position as the best place to run real-time data workloads.

For roles based in the United States, the typical starting salary range for this position is listed above. In certain locations, such as the San Francisco Bay Area and the New York City Metro Area, a premium market range may apply, as listed.
