Why You'll Love This Role
As the Engineering Manager for the Platform IAM Team at Cribl, you'll lead the team building core of our identity platform. The IAM team supports the authentication and authorization requirements needed by both enterprise customers as well as internal engineering teams within Cribl.
You'll work with a driven team that balances technical excellence with operational discipline. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you'll help shape design decisions, mentor engineers, and ensure we deliver robust distributed systems that run at scale in production. If you enjoy building high-performing teams and solving hard problems, this role is for you.

The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered within the range described will be based on the individual candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
