Requirements

We are looking for a Business Analyst with proven experience in Salesforce and familiarity with Low-Code platforms such as OutSystems, Appian, Microsoft Power Platform, or Mendix. The ideal candidate will analyze and document business requirements, optimize workflows, and configure Salesforce solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support digital transformation initiatives.

Fluent English is a must
This position is not open across LATAM; it is only available in Mexico.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business requirements for Salesforce implementations.
• Configure and customize Salesforce based on business needs.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams.
• Provide data-based reports and insights to support decision-making.
• Oversee Low-Code solution delivery and maintain functional documentation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Salesforce (SalesCloud, ServiceCloud, etc.).
• Knowledge of Low-Code platforms (OutSystems, Appian, Power Platform, or Mendix).
• Experience in agile environments and digital transformation projects.
• Advanced English proficiency (oral and written).
• Availability to work under a hybrid model in Mexico City.
