The Strategic Channel Partnership Team is responsible for exploring new revenue and product opportunities for DailyPay through WorkDay and ADP specifically. The main focus of the team is to generate leads for our sales teams - all segments - and develop opportunities to monetize our product and services.
As a Senior Manager of Channel Partnerships you will build an internal business case and work with key leaders in Sales and Marketing to move these initiatives forward. You will also consult with Product to look for key extensions and integrations that will benefit the acceleration of daily Pay’s business. Post contract execution, you will ensure that DailyPay sales teams form deep relationships with each partner as appropriate. You will be in charge of collaborating and setting the partnership strategy and ensuring the team works toward those goals.
Working with the direct sales organization, you will drive demand generation, sales, and co-marketing opportunities. Partner Managers engage our existing channel partner’s sales organization to drive sales opportunities for DailyPay. You will ensure that the team is continuously trained and educated on how to speak about DailyPay as the market, competitive landscape and product changes. You will work as WorkDay and ADP advocates internally at DailyPay and be their voice. This position will include travel as necessary to manage the business.
Execute strategic partnership initiatives and ongoing relationship management for WorkDay and ADP
Co-develop strategic initiatives with our partners including sales training, joint-press campaigns, case studies, webinars, etc
Analyze and review performance of GTM success , including financial analysis and lead QBR sessions
Build relationships with key sales, marketing, and account management leaders
Lead strategic enablement and sales initiatives with our partners and internal sales leadership
Represent DailyPay at trade conferences, partner conferences and sales kick-offs (SKOs)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Deep understanding of sales methodologies and techniques for selling complex and compliant solutions
Experience implementing and managing strategic growth plans and strategies
Outstanding organizational and people skills
Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to professionally interact with a diverse blend of personalities to maintain strong relationship and reach resolutions
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study preferred
7+ years of experience in sales/business development/strategic partnerships
ADP or Workday executive relationships
Knowledge of HCM/payroll
Knowledge of the Benefit Broker Market
