This role offers the opportunity to own and reshape the intellectual core of Dedale Intelligence's platform — the research and content engine that PE funds, M&A advisors, and corporate clients rely on to make multi-million euro decisions.
You will set the standard for what platform intelligence should be, launch the Corporate Cluster as a new standalone offering from scratch, and hold full P&L accountability for the platform's growth and profitability. Working hand in hand with our founders and leadership team in Paris, you will shape how Dedale's platform evolves as the category itself matures.
1. Intellectual Leadership
Own the research and content engine that powers Dedale's platform — the intelligence backbone read by fund managing partners, billionaire entrepreneurs, and family office managers making multi-million euro decisions
Build, grow and coach the team producing platform content — starting focused, scaling fast as the platform's footprint grows
Set the intellectual and editorial bar for the entire platform — every publication, every framework, every next-gen format carries your standard
Push the frontier of what a research platform is expected to be, originating content and intelligence angles years ahead of the category
Lead the AI-ization of platform research — reinvent, from first principles, how intelligence gets produced at Dedale, using AI to compress cycle time and multiply output quality
2. Commercial & P&L Ownership
Own full P&L accountability for the platform — growth, margin, and profitability are yours to drive, not report on
Partner directly with the Growth/Exec team on renewals and expansion, acting as the platform's commercial co-owner in front of the same caliber of client the DACH team courts
Translate signals from CS, Commercial, and client demand into a prioritized strategic roadmap — you decide what gets built and why
Act as the voice of the client internally, ensuring the platform's content and product evolve at the pace sophisticated PE and M&A clients demand
3. Category Opener
Launch and lead the Corporate Cluster, Dedale's dedicated offering to crack the corporate persona — own its strategy, build-out, go-to-market, and P&L, orchestrating delivery across Research, Commercial, Content, Data, and EDE
Support the strategic development of the platform hand in hand with the founders and leadership team, building a sustainable, unique differentiation in the market
Strong foundation in top-tier management consulting (5-7+ years), followed by real in-house operating experience
Fluent in the B2B software and tech landscape, with a builder's instinct for what makes research and intelligence genuinely valuable to sophisticated investors
Commercially fluent — comfortable owning a P&L and speaking credibly with fund managing partners and C-suite clients, even without a "sales" title
Builder mentality — energized by standing up something new (a team, a content line, a category) rather than maintaining what already exists
Operates with urgency and independence — thrives without a safety net, in an environment where the mandate is broad and the guardrails are few
