THE ROLE:
As an Associate Director of STUDIO, you will be responsible for assisting the team within our motion graphics and Studio department that collaborates on the execution of all motion-related creative assets and static banners, from initial concept to final delivery. You have a precise eye for detail and are obsessed with organization and consistency across all deliverables. You have a firm understanding of the creative and technical aspects of design for both motion graphics and statics, and can provide knowledge and feedback when needed. You are an ace at managing multiple projects and competing initiatives, even under the tightest of deadlines. A collaborative spirit, you have great communication skills and feel confident to speak up when you or anyone on your team needs support.
You are able to dig into the work but also stand out as a mentor and a coach. You thrive at passing on your knowledge to your team members and helping them grow. You have great communication skills and love to evangelize your thinking both internally and to the client. You can help solve challenging problems in collaboration with our team. You also help keep things running smoothly for the growing production team you will help manage on a daily basis. No job is too big, and no job is too small. Depending on what the team needs, you should always be ready to think big and solve complex problems, but also be willing to roll up your sleeves and get things done.

The anticipated salary range for this position is listed below. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, expertise, physical location, and organizational impact. This is based on a 40-hour workweek and leveling. Keep in mind, we’re flexible.
