The Role
Deputy is looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Manager for APAC to help scale the way our go-to-market teams operate across the region.
Reporting into the Director of Revenue Operations, Systems and Enablement, this is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can move confidently between systems, data, process, and commercial strategy. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Business Systems, Finance, and regional leadership to improve how we plan, measure, and execute revenue growth across APAC.
The role sits within the global Revenue Operations function and will be a key partner to the APAC leadership team. You will be expected to understand the detail in the CRM, identify what is working and what is not, and turn that insight into clear recommendations that help the business make better decisions.
We are looking for someone who is highly capable in Salesforce, commercially curious, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders, and motivated by the opportunity to grow into broader ownership of Revenue Operations for the region.
Responsibilities
- Own and improve core revenue operations processes for APAC across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Act as a key Salesforce partner for the region, supporting reporting, pipeline management, data quality, process improvement, and CRM governance.
- Analyse CRM and revenue data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for operational improvement.
- Build clear, credible reporting and insights for the APAC Director Level Team and senior revenue stakeholders.
- Support forecasting, pipeline reviews, QBRs, territory planning, target setting, and regional performance management.
- Partner with Sales leadership to improve pipeline hygiene, stage progression, conversion rates, sales productivity, and rep adoption of core processes.
- Work with Marketing Operations and Demand Generation teams to improve lead flow, campaign visibility, attribution, routing, and funnel reporting.
- Partner with Finance and leadership on revenue planning, performance tracking, and operational metrics.
- Identify and resolve process gaps across the customer journey, from lead capture through to closed-won and post-sale handoff.
- Support the rollout and adoption of revenue tools, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Create practical documentation, reporting frameworks, and operating processes that help the region scale.
- Act as the regional RevOps voice for APAC while staying aligned to global Revenue Operations standards.
You will own:
Revenue operations strategy & execution
- You will support the Director of Revenue Operations, Systems and Enablement in driving the operating rhythm, systems, processes, and insights that help Deputy grow efficiently across APAC.
- This includes translating business priorities into practical RevOps initiatives, improving the quality of our revenue data, and ensuring our go-to-market teams have the right processes and tools to execute well.
- You will play a key role in helping the region scale, with a focus on operational efficiency, forecast visibility, pipeline quality, conversion performance, and cross-functional alignment.
Commercial analysis and insight
- A large part of this role is turning CRM data into actionable insight.
- You will analyse pipeline trends, sales performance, funnel conversion, activity metrics, forecasting inputs, campaign influence, customer segmentation, and regional performance indicators. The expectation is not just to produce reports, but to explain what the data means, what the business should pay attention to, and where action is needed.
- You will regularly prepare analysis for the APAC Director Level Team and other senior stakeholders, so strong communication and executive-level storytelling are important.
Cross-functional partnership
- This role requires close collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Enablement, and global Operations.
- You will need to build trust with regional leaders, understand the priorities of different teams, and bring people together around clear processes and shared commercial outcomes. The role will suit someone who is direct, pragmatic, service-minded, and able to balance global consistency with regional needs.
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Business Operations, or a similar GTM operations role.
- Advanced Salesforce capability, including reporting, dashboards, data quality management, process design, pipeline management, and stakeholder support.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret CRM and revenue data and turn it into clear business recommendations.
- Experience presenting insights to senior stakeholders, including Director-level or executive audiences.
- Commercial understanding of B2B SaaS revenue motions, including pipeline generation, sales forecasting, conversion metrics, customer lifecycle processes, and GTM performance.
- Strong cross-functional working style, with the ability to partner effectively across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations.
- High attention to detail, balanced with the ability to step back and understand the broader commercial picture.
- Comfortable working in a global team while supporting regional priorities.
- A proactive, efficient, and practical operator who can identify issues, recommend solutions, and drive work through to completion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A growth mindset and interest in developing into a broader regional RevOps leadership role.
Preferred experience:
- Experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Experience with CPQ tools and quote-to-cash processes.
- Experience with Chili Piper or similar lead routing and scheduling tools.
- Experience using AI tools to improve analysis, automation, productivity, or operational workflows.
- Experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business.
- Experience supporting APAC go-to-market teams across multiple countries or markets.
- Familiarity with revenue planning, territory design, quota setting, or compensation operations.
