Accountabilities:
The Account Executive / Senior Account Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing sales cycles, and building strong customer relationships. This role requires a proactive approach to pipeline development, consultative selling, and revenue growth.
- Create and manage new business opportunities, maintaining accurate pipeline records and forecasting sales activity.
- Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, presentations, negotiations, and closing.
- Identify and engage prospective customers through outbound activities, networking, industry events, and targeted outreach.
- Understand customer needs and recommend solutions that address specific business challenges.
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor throughout the buying journey.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and effectively communicate value propositions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and successful onboarding process.
- Maintain detailed CRM records, including opportunity notes, close dates, and sales activity tracking.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while continuously improving sales processes and performance.
- Leverage automation and AI tools to improve productivity, customer engagement, and sales effectiveness.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is an experienced sales professional with a strong track record of driving revenue growth in B2B environments. You should be comfortable working independently, managing complex sales processes, and engaging with multiple decision-makers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated experience in prospecting, closing deals, and achieving sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies and full-cycle sales processes.
- Proven ability to build and manage a pipeline of net-new business opportunities.
- Experience qualifying opportunities involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Strong objection handling, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to confidently conduct outbound prospecting and cold outreach.
- Strong customer relationship management and consultative selling abilities.
- Experience using CRM tools to manage opportunities and sales activity.
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
- High level of integrity, ownership, motivation, and ability to work autonomously.
- Experience in HR technology, payroll, SaaS, or related industries is considered an advantage.
- Experience working in a remote environment is a plus.
- Demonstrated AI fluency and ability to use automation tools effectively in a sales context.
